Once in the White House, the President can get a handsome income: 400,000 U.S. dollars plus spending cash. Obviously, this money is not the number that most families are stuffed under the cushions of the sofa, nor is it the income that a president can feel at ease when he leaves office, comparable to that of the kings and nobles. Although many leaders are either rich or old enough when they step down, they simply retreated. However, some are struggling to make money.
