标准与国家法律法规一样,是技术监督工作的基础,随着打假治劣工作的深入发展,标准的作用越来越显得重要起来。纺织品和服装类产品,国家以及行业均颁布了大量的标准,这是技术监督等部门特别是质检部门工作的依据,然而在平时的工作中,在标准的使用过程中,却存在着标准与标准间、标准与法律法规间相互不适应的地方,这些问题的存在,直接影响着工作的开展。

With the further development of anti-counterfeiting measures, the role of standards has become increasingly important. Textiles and apparel products, as well as countries and industries have promulgated a large number of standards, which is the basis for technical supervision and other departments, especially the quality inspection department. However, in the usual work, there are standards in the use of standards.
