To further strengthen technical transformation of enterprises,guide the capital investment,and optimize the resource allocation,Shandong Economic and Information Technology Committee printed and issued the Guiding Plan for Key Technical Transformation Projects of Enterprises in Shandong in 2014 on December 25,2013,in which 19 items are involved in rubber and tire industry with total investment of RMB 5.59 billion yuan.
