农村税费征收工作是当前农村的重要工作,也是农村基层干部和广大群众普遍反映的热点和难点。我省各地在税费征收工作中,积极探索解决部分农民不能自觉履行义务和少数基层干部方法简单、粗暴两个棘手问题,在切实减轻农民负担、贪污规范征收工作的基础上,通过宣传发动、干部带头,收费公示、因户制宜,服务在先、征收在后等方法,较好地进行农村税费征收工作,得到了广大群众的普遍欢迎,维护了农村社会的安定。
The collection of taxes and fees in rural areas is an important task in rural areas and also a hot spot and a difficult point commonly reflected by the grassroots cadres in rural areas and the general public. Throughout the work of collecting taxes and fees in our province, we actively explored and solved some of the thorny problems that some peasants could not fulfill their obligations voluntarily and that the method of a few grassroots cadres was simple and rude. On the basis of earnestly alleviating the burden on peasants and collecting norms of corruption, Cadres take the lead, pay publicity, due to household needs, service first, the collection of later methods, better carry out the collection of taxes and fees in rural areas, has been widely welcomed by the general public, maintaining the stability of rural society.
