目的观察载人离心机训练对高性能战斗机飞行员肾脏功能的影响。方法选择42名高性能战斗机飞行员,收集离心机训练前、后的尿标本,分别检测N-乙酰-β-D葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)、微量白蛋白(mALB)及β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)含量,并对结果进行统计学处理。结果训练前飞行员尿标本的NAG,mALB和β2-MG含量在正常范围,训练后NAG无明显变化,mALB(12人)和β2-MG(24人)增高,与训练前比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论载人离心机训练对部分高性能战斗机飞行员肾脏有一过性功能损害。
Objective To observe the influence of manned centrifuge training on the renal function of high performance fighter pilot. Methods Forty-two high-performance fighter pilots were selected to collect urine samples before and after centrifuge training. The levels of NAG, mALB and β2-microglobulin (β2 -MG) content, and the results were statistically processed. Results The NAG, mALB and β2-MG contents of urine samples of pilots before training were in the normal range. There was no significant change in NAG after training. The levels of mALB (12 persons) and β2-MG (24 persons) were increased, which were significantly different from those before training Significance (P <0.01). Conclusion The manned centrifuge training has impaired the sexual function of some high-performance fighter pilot’s kidneys.
