作为保障实现高速公路项目投资目标的有效措施,项目投资内部控制日益成为人们普遍关注的热点。但是当前的高速公路建设项目投资内控工作还不是很完善,限制了高速公路建设的进一步发展。针对这个现象,本文对高速公路建设项目投资内控工作不太完善的地方进行了探讨,并且在此基础上结合笔者的工作经验提出了一些具有针对性的优化方案,希望以此促进项目投资内部控制的更好发展。
As an effective measure to guarantee the investment goal of expressway project, the internal control of project investment has become a hot spot of widespread concern. However, the current internal control of highway construction project investment is not yet perfect, limiting the further development of highway construction.
