OBJECTIVE: To analyze the risk factors of middle-aged and young people with abnormal blood pressure and evaluate the intervention effect by using the whole concept of health management and methods. Methods: A total of 105 middle-aged and young people with normal high blood pressure and hypertension were enrolled in this study. The whole course of health management was followed up for one year. The changes of lifestyle factors, blood pressure, blood lipid and other interventional factors were analyzed one year after the intervention. Results: ① One year after smoking, drinking, diet, exercise changes were statistically significant. ② After the whole course of health management, the proportion of hypertension after half a year decreased from 52.38% to 23.81%, and further decreased to 5.71% after one year, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.0001). (3) The change of blood pressure before and after intervention of simple lifestyle change and concurrent antihypertensive drugs, normal high-value population and high-pressure population had statistical significance (P <0.05). ④In addition to high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, the levels of other risk factors such as high-density lipoprotein cholesterol before and after intervention decreased significantly (all P <0.05), indicating that the levels of each index decreased statistically. CONCLUSION: The whole course of health management and intervention for the middle-aged and young people with abnormal blood pressure can change the unhealthy life style and control the risk factors such as blood fat, blood sugar, obesity and so on, so as to effectively control the blood pressure.
