一、前言低温热源,特别是回收的余热和广泛利用的太阳能,它们既可用于家庭,也可用在工业上。可是要利用这些热源涉及到如何能贮存这些热能等重要因素。由于上述的能源不可能一时全都用尽,因此,如果不设法加以贮存,便会造成很大的热能损失,达不到节能的目的。贮能方法之一便是利用物质相变来贮能,它的原理就是利用物质发生可逆相变来贮存热能和释放热能。例如:利用固体与液体之间的相变。当固体转变成液体时会吸收热而贮存能,当液体重新转变成固体时,这些热能便可以被释放而加以利用。可利用作为低温贮热的物质有好几种,
