心功能不全的原因是多方面的。发病机制是复杂的。一般认为其主要矛盾是心肌收缩力减弱,故常规采用强心甙合并利尿药治疗。这在一些病例中可以取得一定的效果,然而在另一些病例不能见效,甚至招致强心甙中毒,对此情况,我们认为:心肌收缩力减弱固然是其主要矛盾,但减弱的原因与心肌代谢的能量产生和利用发生障碍有关。我们在治疗中从改善心肌代谢入手,采用综合治疗措施,在一些病例得到良好的效果,特报告如下:
