我院自1982年开展法洛四联症诊治工作以来,在心电图与右心导管资料完整的110例中,男78例,女32例;年龄最小11天,最大13岁,平均4.87岁,进行分析如下。(1)法洛四联症,因肺动脉狭窄而出现一系列血液动力学改变,致右心室收缩期负荷增加,出现代偿性肥厚,常规心电图检查显示较敏感。本组资料分析,心电轴100%右偏,其次R/QaVR≥1,较能反映右心室收缩期负荷,110例中占80例(72.7%)。胸导联RV_1的高度与右心室收缩期负荷呈正比,其中RV_2电压≥1.0mv82例(74.5%);另外V_1QRS波形态qRs→R→Rs形总计103例(93.6%),均为右心室收缩期负荷图形。(2)心电
Since our hospital carried out the diagnosis and treatment of tetralogy of Fallot in 1982, there are 78 males and 32 females in 110 cases with intact ECG and right heart catheterization, the youngest 11 days and the oldest 13 years old, with an average of 4.87 years old analyse as below.
