美国一份著名的杂志《通讯世界》曾这样说道:九十年代将是通讯产业时代,人类对信息的追求,将使它以无法估量的速度发展。而通讯产业最大的、潜在的工业力量将是中国——这个拥有古老的文化、勤劳的民族和奋发的精神的国度。
A famous American magazine “Communication World” once said: The 1990s will be the era of communications industry. The pursuit of information by mankind will make it develop at an inestimable speed. The largest and potentially industrial force in the communications industry will be China, a country with an ancient culture, a hard-working nation and a pioneering spirit.
