患儿董某,女,8岁。因右颞部包块1年余入院。该患者1年前发现右耳后出现一小包块,无红热痛表现,质稍硬,肿物生长快,日渐增大至儿头大小。病程中右耳听力消失,但无头痛、恶心及呕吐,无视力障碍,无抽搐发作,无肢体活动障碍。检查:体温37.9℃,脉搏88次,呼吸正常,血压100/60mmHg。发育略差、消瘦,表浅淋巴结无

During the course of the right ear hearing loss, but no headache, nausea and vomiting, no visual impairment, no seizures, no physical activity disorders. Check: body temperature 37.9 ℃, pulse 88 times, normal breathing, blood pressure 100 / 60mmHg. Slightly worse development, weight loss, superficial lymph nodes without
