研究了在硅酸乙酯水解液中添加一种有机粘合剂对硅酸乙酯煤矸石粉涂料工艺性能(流杯粘度、比重、悬浮稳定性)和型壳强度的影响。结果表明,水解液中加入有机粘合剂可以降低型壳残留强度和高温强度,对常温强度无明显影响;涂料粘度增加,粉液比降低,涂料工艺性能改善。当加入量为水解液总量的12%、粉液比为1.0~1.3:1.0时,涂料能很好满足制壳要求,型壳内表面光洁;同时,型壳残留强度下降约50%,高温强度下降约30%,完全适合铝合金精铸生产。
The effects of adding an organic binder to the ethyl silicate hydrolyzate on the process performance (viscosity, specific gravity, suspension stability) and the shell strength of ethyl silicate gangue powder coating were studied. The results show that adding organic binder to the hydrolyzate can reduce the residual strength and high temperature strength of the shell and have no obvious effect on the strength at room temperature. The viscosity of the coating increases, the powder-liquid ratio decreases, and the coating process performance improves. When the adding amount is 12% of the total amount of the hydrolyzate and the ratio of powder to liquid is 1.0 to 1.3: 1.0, the coating can meet the requirement of making the shell well and the inner surface of the shell is smooth; meanwhile, the residual strength of the shell drops about 50% Strength decreased by about 30%, fully suitable for aluminum casting production.
