本文就职业技术院校图书馆电子阅览室管理人员素质和能力提高的必要性进行了论述,分析了目前电子阅览室管理人员队伍的现状,就此问题提出三点对策。
This article discusses the necessity of improving the quality and ability of the electronic reading room managers in the vocational technical college library, and analyzes the present situation of the current electronic reading room management staff and puts forward three countermeasures to this problem.
