用1,10-邻二氮菲(1,10-邻菲罗啉)做显色剂是目前广泛应用的测定微量铁的方法。但这种方法灵敏度还不够高,而且受一些阳离子的干扰。近年来,有人提出引入第三组分到二元配合物中形成三元体系,以提高方法的灵敏度和选择性。关于1,10-邻二氮菲一铁(Ⅱ)—苦味酸盐三元体系,国内尚未见报导。我们初步研究了这种三元配合物的生成和萃取条件,取得了满意的效果。
With 1,10-phenanthroline (1,10-phenanthroline) as the developer is the widely used method for the determination of trace iron. However, the sensitivity of this method is not high enough and it is disturbed by some cations. In recent years, it has been proposed to introduce a third component into the binary complex to form a ternary system to enhance the sensitivity and selectivity of the method. About 1,10-o-phenanthroline iron (Ⅱ) - picrate ternary system, has not been reported in China. We preliminary study of the ternary complex generation and extraction conditions, and achieved satisfactory results.
