论文部分内容阅读
《水运管理》2012年第1期上的文章《闽台合作背景下湄洲湾港腹地拓展策略》系福建省交通厅科技发展计划项目。由于本人的疏忽,在未经项目研究组成员知情和同意的情况下将该论文投至《水运管理》编辑部并刊登发表,这一行为侵犯了福建省湄洲湾港口管理局和河海大学课题组的共同研究成果,现声明撤销该篇论文的署名权并向《水运管理》杂志社及项目组成员真诚致歉!
