打破“三铁”,转换企业经营机制,是当前搞活企业的中心议题,也是企业走出维谷的关键步骤。但是,在打破“三铁”的过程中,人们的认识不尽一致,特别是由于“三铁”以牢不可破的姿态跟社会主义伴随了四十年,现在要打破,不仅许多人不易接受,而且议论颇多,有的人认为打破“三铁”是对社会主义的抵毁,有的人认为打破“三铁”损害了职工主人翁地位,更有人认为打破“三铁”会造成社会经济秩序的不稳定,等等。因此,有必要在思想上从四个方面提高认识。
