近十多年来,国内各地均先后发现一组具有脑炎临床症状的病人,因对其病因病理无统一认识,故名称亦异,如散发性病毒性脑炎、散发性脑炎、病毒性脑炎、非典型脑炎、非特异性脑炎等。我科自1972年起,根据本组脑炎与其它已知原因的脑炎不同,首先暂命名为非特异性脑炎。据不完全统计,现报道者已约3,000余例,这些报导基本上为临床分析,对其病理、病因的研究报导很少,为探讨本病的病理病因,将我科临床诊断为本病的10例尸检资料报告如下:
