农村小城镇建设在一定程度上带动了农村经济与社会的发展 ,然而 ,一些地方依靠行政手段强制推行小城镇战略却因此而引发了新的危机 ,必须采取有效措施予以纠正并且确保城乡统筹兼顾 ,确保农村社会与经济的协调发展。
The construction of small towns and villages in rural areas has, to some extent, led to the development of rural economy and society. However, some places have resorted to administrative measures to push forward the strategy of small towns. As a result, they have triggered new crises.
