企业加速器在实际运作过程中所从事的服务涉及多个维度,难以将资源、精力合理的分配于不同工作任务中。因此,政府需根据企业加速器不同工作任务间的相互关系选择适宜的激励方式和激励强度。一方面有效降低可能存在道德风险问题,另一方面提高政府的激励效果。本文通过构建委托代理模型,研究企业加速器在从事多项服务的情况下,政府对其激励机制设计问题。研究结果对于实现企业加速器在管理、网络化服务、人才培养、投融资等多方面的自我成长具有现实意义。
Enterprise Accelerator engaged in the actual operation of the service involves many dimensions, it is difficult to resources, energy and reasonable distribution in different tasks. Therefore, the government needs to select appropriate incentives and incentives according to the inter-relationship among different tasks of accelerator. On the one hand, it effectively reduces the potential moral hazard problem and on the other hand, it enhances the government’s incentive effect. In this paper, through the construction of principal-agent model, this paper studies the design of incentive mechanism by the government in the case of enterprise accelerators engaged in a number of services. The research results are of practical significance for realizing the self-growth of enterprise accelerators in management, network services, personnel training, investment and financing.
