新农村的建设,集中了农村、农民和农业三个问题,在新农村的建设中,关于村镇规划的工作,已经成为了重中之重。村镇规划使农村发展得到了较为科学的规划,而科学规划则是社会发展和建设的基础和前提,因此,新农村的建设离不开合理科学的村镇规划。本文就围绕我国现阶段规划的现状及村镇规划应遵循的原则,结合个人工作实践,来浅述一下如何加强村镇规划建设,以起抛砖引玉之效。
The construction of a new countryside has focused on three issues: rural areas, peasants and agriculture. In the construction of new rural areas, the work on village and town planning has become the most important task. Rural planning has made rural development a more scientific plan, while scientific planning is the foundation and premise of social development and construction. Therefore, the construction of new rural areas can not be separated from scientific and rational village and town planning. This article focuses on the current state of our planning and village planning principles should be followed, combined with personal work practices, to briefly discuss how to strengthen the planning and construction of villages and towns, in order to serve as a trigger.
