运用扫描电镜技术分析血链球菌与牙周可疑致病菌混合培养的形态学变化。结果显示血链球菌能与牙周可疑致病菌中的长杆菌如具核梭杆菌、生痰二氧化碳噬纤维菌相互凝集形成玉米棒状结构,与短杆菌如牙龈紫质单胞菌、中间普氏菌、伴放线放线杆菌相互凝集。运用电子探针技术分析细菌细胞膜的离子变化,显示血链球菌与牙周可疑致病菌混合培养时,血链球菌细胞在离子无变化,牙周可疑致病菌细胞膜离子发生变化,钙、磷离子浓度降低,提示血链球菌抑制牙周可疑致病菌的机理与细胞的通透性改变有关。
Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to analyze the morphological changes of mixed cultures of Streptococcus sanguis and periodontal suspicious pathogens.
