不同分娩体位对母儿产生不同影响,何种分娩体位最符合生理,国内对此研究甚少,尤其不同分娩体位对胎心率、母儿血气的影响,尚未见报道。我们于1987年6月至1988年6月,通过产程图、胎儿监护及动脉血气分析等监测手段,对足月正常妊娠坐式分娩和卧式分娩各31例进行了对比观察,现报道如下。材料与方法一、研究对象:随机选择坐式分娩为研究组与卧式分娩为对照组各31例,均为妊娠足月、初产妇、无妊娠合并症及妊娠并发症、单胎头位、自然发动分娩者。两组产妇平均年龄、孕周、新生儿体重分别为25.65±1.62、25.58±1.52;39.35±1.11、39.32±1.05、3162.9±319.37;3154.84±379.77。其P 值均>0.05。二、仪器与方法1.用丹麦ABL_(?)型微量自动血气分析仪。用经肝素化处理的注射器,于宫口开全后20分钟取母挠或
