在北京中粮广场时尚空间美容健身中心的跆拳道训练厅里,晚上7:30随着学员们齐喊“跆拳道敬礼”开始了一堂跆拳道训练课。只见四五十个身着白色跆拳道服的男女学员们,正赤着脚在教练的带领下做着准备活动,嘴里还不时传出“嘿哈、嘿哈”的喊声。与想像中不同的是这里学员近70％为女性,看她们一个个英姿飒爽的利落劲儿,那神情和一板一眼的动作,直有那么点职业水准,根本看不出这里面有很多人还是学生、外企职员和公司老板呢! 这时,笔者发现教练腰带的颜色是黑色的,与学员们有所不同,就此采访了丁朝霞教练。丁教练毕业于北京体育大学,是我国第一批跆拳道运动员,曾拿过两届全国冠军。她说:“腰带的颜色代表选手实力,白、黄、红、蓝、黑,一级比一级高,到了黑色就是十级即八段。与围棋一样最高为九段。”丁教练还告诉记者,跆拳道讲究的是“跆拳道精神”。跆拳道更多的是训练人的协调性、柔韧性以及坚韧和忍耐
