从现在起到2010年,是中国医药产业改革与发展最重要的时期。从宏观上把握,“十一五”规划期间, 是我国国民经济进入快速发展通道的扩张期。作为上海生物医药产业的主力军,全国医药行业规模最大的集团性企业,必须抓住和用好这个重要的机遇期和扩张期,牢牢掌握住加快发展的主动权.是实现上药集团实体化、公众化、国际化的关键,也是打造中国医药航母的关键。
From now until 2010, it is the most important period for the reform and development of China’s pharmaceutical industry. From a macro perspective, during the 11th Five-Year Plan period, it is the expansion period for our country’s national economy to enter the channel of rapid development. As the main force of Shanghai’s bio-pharmaceutical industry, the largest group-owned enterprise in the pharmaceutical industry in the country must seize and make good use of this important period of opportunity and expansion and firmly grasp the initiative of accelerating development.
