近三年来,上海梅山冶金公司工会在上海市总工会财务部的指导下,通过不断加强财务管理,严格财务制度,把有限的工会经费收足、管好、用活,为开展各项工会活动提供了经济来源,连续四年荣获上海市总工会财务竞赛一等奖,1989年曾被全国总工会评为先进单位。成绩的获得,是由于我们在抓基础管理方面做了以下几项工作: 一、疏通经费收缴渠道,促使经费收入稳步增长。近年来,由于工资总额的变化较大,各基层行政财务提取工会经费的口径不一,加上工会财会人员变动较多,给经费收缴工作带来很大困难。我们一方面不断组织工会财会人员进行业务培训,对照国家统计局《计提工会经费工资总额组成简明表》,从实例进行讲解和指导;另一方面,在工会财务系统全面开展
