采用聚碳酸酯圆柱体试样进行镦粗实验,并以光塑性法对实验结果进行分析,再以有限元工艺仿真软件DEFORM模拟的等效应变图加以验证。实验结果可知,变形体内部呈现出3个不同的变形程度和应力状态的区域,和传统的镦粗理论相符合。这表明采用光塑性法可以更加直观地观察圆柱体镦粗内部的应力分布规律,这对进一步分析镦粗内部应力应变场有重要意义。
The upsetting experiment was carried out by using the polycarbonate cylinder sample. The experimental results were analyzed by the photo-plastic method, and then verified by the equivalent strain diagram simulated by finite element simulation software DEFORM. The experimental results show that the deformed body presents three different deformation degree and stress state of the region, consistent with the traditional upsetting theory. This shows that using the plastic-plastic method can more intuitively observe the internal stress distribution of cylinder upsetting, which is important for further analysis of upsetting internal stress-strain field.
