兴趣是学习的基础也是动力的源泉。在体育教学中,兴趣同样扮演着重要角色,但是一直以来在学校体育教学过程中,体育教师沿用老的教学方法及其他主客观原因导致体育课堂气愤沉闷,毫无新意可言。本文针对导致中学生体育课堂兴趣不高的内外部原因,提出在教学过程中充分发挥教师的主导作用,重视学生的主体地位,克服种种不利因素,培养、诱导和激发学生参与体育活动的兴趣,提高体育教学和训练效果,从而使学生达到强身健体的目的。
