幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacterpylori,Hpylori或Hp)与上胃肠道疾病关系密切而复杂,对许多问题尚未达到共识.由于对Hp感染的处理还存在不少争议或分歧,所以全国Hp学组成员及有关专家50余名于2003年10月在安徽桐城开会,就Hp若干问题进行了探讨并达成共识,共识意见包括:Hp感染及相关疾病;Hp感染的诊断;Hp感染的治疗及如何避免Hp耐药菌株的产生.为了便于全国的临床医务工作者更好的了解或实施,现将共识有关内容介绍如下.
Helicobacter pylori (Helicobacter pylori, Hpylori or Hp) is closely related to upper gastrointestinal diseases and has not reached a consensus on many issues.Because there are still many controversies or disagreements on the treatment of Hp infection, the members of the national Hp study group and related More than 50 experts met in Tongcheng, Anhui Province in October 2003 to discuss and reach consensus on a number of issues concerning Hp. Consensus opinions included: Hp infection and related diseases; diagnosis of Hp infection; treatment of Hp infection and how to prevent Hp resistance In order to facilitate a better understanding or implementation of clinical medical workers nationwide, the consensus is now introduced as follows.
