本文报告青霉烷砜对氨苄青霉素实验治疗大肠杆菌与克雷白氏杆菌感染小鼠的增效作用.氨苄青霉素与青霉烷砜对大肠杆菌480感染小鼠的ED50均值分别为(154.6±13.01)×2与(33.84±4.83)×2.当氨苄青霉素剂量降至20mg/kg,保护率为0;当青霉烷砜的剂量降至5mg/kg时,保护率也为0.当氨苄青霉素20mg/Kg联合青霉烷砜5mg/kg时,联合组总量为25mg/kg,低于各自的半数有效量,却出现明显的保护作用.与氨苄青霉素用ED50量求得的保护率比较,两者的平均保护率分别是0.97与0.53,t测验结果P<0.001,差异极显著.氨苄青霉素5mg/kg加青霉烷砜3mg/kg,对克雷白氏杆菌感染的小鼠平均保护率为0.92.与氨苄青霉素半数有效量20mg/kg的平均保护率相比,联合用药组为0.92,氨苄青霉素组为0.43,差异极显著.本文研究结果表明,青霉烷砜与氨苄青霉素联合,对阴性杆菌引起的小鼠感染败血症有明显体内协同杆菌作用.
