加速农业和农村经济结构调整 ,是实践“三个代表”思想的实际行动。推进福清农业和农村经济结构调整 ,应该从完善市场体系、发展农业产业化、推广农业科技、推进城镇化、发展乡镇企业、创造品牌等项建设为突破口。对此 ,农村基层干部要按照“三个代表”的要求 ,做到既讲责任 ,又讲科学 ,从而才能有效实现农业和农村经济结构的优化和产业升级。
Accelerating the structural adjustment of agriculture and the rural economy is a practical move to implement the thinking of the ’Three Represents.’ To promote the adjustment of Fuqing agriculture and rural economic structure, we should make breakthroughs in perfecting the market system, developing agricultural industrialization, promoting agricultural science and technology, promoting urbanization, developing township enterprises and creating brands. In this regard, the grassroots cadres in rural areas should, in accordance with the requirements of the “three represents,” be both accountable and scientific, so as to effectively optimize the agricultural and rural economic structure and upgrade their industries.
