在工厂的热处理设备中,RJX型中温电炉占有较大的比例。这类电炉,虽然比较落后,但作为一种通用设备,在今后相当长的一段时间内,在生产中仍将起着重要作用。因此,搞好这类设备的改造,是一项有现实意义的工作。为此,一机部设计总院和西安电炉研究所曾收集出版《热处理电炉改造图册》,为改炉工作提供指导。在此,谈谈我们对RJX型中温电炉改为台车炉的一些看法。
In the factory heat treatment equipment, RJX-type electric furnace occupies a large proportion. Although relatively backward, such electric furnaces, as a general-purpose equipment, will continue to play an important role in production for a long period of time to come. Therefore, improving the transformation of such equipment is a practical work. To this end, a machine design institute and Xi’an Institute of Electric Furnace has collected the publication of “heat treatment furnace transformation atlas”, to provide guidance for furnace work. Here, to talk about our RJX-type electric furnace into a car furnace some of the views.
