“一剧两星”是指一音口电视剧最多只能在各电视台卫视频道黄金时段同时播出,该政策将于2015年1月1日起实施,届时实行了10年的“4+X”政策将退出电视剧舞台。自2014年4月15日,广电总局在“2014年全国电视剧播出工作会议”中宣布这项政策以来,引起了各界的广泛讨论。关于电视剧制作成本、剧本的重要性、演员片酬、广告植入、发行渠道等问题众说纷纭,各种担忧或猜测纷至沓来。下面,在“一剧两星”新政策下,会给方方面面造成什么样的影响,为此北京银河昊星文化传媒有限责任公司董事总监制王志军接受了本刊专访。
