周泽扬,1958年7月生,四川内江人。重庆师范大学党委副书记、校长、教授、博士生导师。1982年1月毕业于西南农业大学并留校任教。1987年公派赴日本留学,获硕士学位、博士学位,1995年3月回国。曾任西南农业大学副校长,党委副书记、常务副校长。2004年9月调任重庆师范大学。现为农业部有突出贡献的中青年专家,享受国务院政府津贴,系“新世纪首批百千万人才工程”国家级人选。目前兼任重庆市第二届政协委员,国务院学位办农业推广专业硕士教学指导委员会委员,中国蚕学会常务理事等多项社会兼职。周泽扬教授长期从事分子生物学和微生物次生代谢等领域的教学和研究工作。先后主持国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)、国家自然科学基金、国家转基因植物专项等省部级以上课题11项,主研16项。作为主要策划者和组织者之一,组织推动完成了家蚕基因组计划研究工作,使我国在本领域达到世界领先水平,该研究成果在《Science》上发表。此外在十几种国内外核心专业刊物上发表研究论文40余篇。
Zhou Zeyang, born in July 1958, was from Neijiang, Sichuan Province. Chongqing Normal University deputy party secretary, president, professor, doctoral tutor. January 1982 graduated from Southwest Agricultural University and stayed in school. In 1987, he was sent to study in Japan and got a master's degree and a doctoral degree. In March 1995, he returned to China. Former vice president of Southwest Agricultural University, deputy party secretary, executive vice president. 2004 September transferred to Chongqing Normal University. He is currently a young and middle-aged expert with outstanding contributions by the Ministry of Agriculture and enjoys the government allowance of the State Council as the national candidate for “the first batch of tens of millions of Talents Project in the new century.” At present, he is also a member of the second CPPCC National Committee in Chongqing, the State Council Graduate Office of agricultural extension professional teaching steering committee member, executive director of China Silkworm Association and a number of social part-time job. Professor Zhou Zeyang has long been engaged in teaching and research in the fields of molecular biology and microbial secondary metabolism. He has presided over 11 national high-tech research and development plan (863 plan), the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the national special project of genetically modified plants and other provincial level above 11, the main research 16. As one of the main planners and organizers, the organization has promoted the completion of the silkworm genome project and has made our country the world leader in this field. The research was published in Science. In addition, more than 40 research papers published in more than a dozen core professional journals.
