南水北调中线南阳段工程大部分为膨胀土渠段。膨胀土含有较多强亲水性矿物质,强度受土体含水量和结构面发育程度的控制,一旦含水量发生变化土体迅速膨胀变形和开裂。如处理不好,会导致局部渠坡浅层边坡失稳和深层滑动失稳现象,影响渠坡稳定性和建筑物安全,给施工带来极大的技术难度。膨胀土处理设计方案多为换填水泥改性土及设置抗滑桩,文章主要针对南阳段水泥改性土施工中存在的问题及采取的对应措施进行了阐述。
Most of the Nanyang section of the midline of the South-to-North Water Diversion project is an expansive soil channel. The expansive soil contains more strongly hydrophilic minerals, whose strength is controlled by the soil moisture content and the degree of structural surface development. Once the water content changes, the soil rapidly expands and deforms and cracks. If not handled well, it will lead to the instability and deep sliding instability of shallow slope of partial canal slope, affecting the stability of canal slope and building safety, bringing great technical difficulty to construction. In the expansive soil treatment design scheme, mostly the cement-modified soil is replaced and the anti-slide pile is set up. The article mainly elaborates the problems existing in the cement-modified soil construction of Nanyang section and the corresponding measures.
