在黄河防洪体系中,陆浑、故县、三门峡、小浪底四库联合调度,确保黄河中下游的防洪安全。在伊河陆浑水库2011·09大洪水科学调度过程中,由于水库与地方政府和各级防办及时会商,统筹兼顾,在确保水库安全度汛的基础上,既最大限度地减免了水库上、下游的洪灾损失,确保了黄河安澜,又创下了建库以来的历史第二最高蓄水位的可喜成绩。真正实现防汛与抗旱并举,兴利与减灾双丰收,充分显示了黄河四库联调的巨大作用。
In the Yellow River flood control system, Lu Hun, Gu County, Sanmenxia, Xiaolangdi four libraries jointly scheduling to ensure flood control safety of the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River.
