高校扩招,大学生毕业人数逐年增加,社会对美术类人才的要求越来越高,已使就业形势日趋严峻。师范院校美术教育专业课程设置与实际需要脱节问题显露。美术教育的目标是培养中学美术教师而不是艺术家,在课程设置、教学内容、专业教学模式等方面应体现师范性,突出师范职业教育特点;教学方法上强调针对性和适应性,注重美术教育专业学生师范技能的培养,提高师范美术教育专业学生的素质;强调教学实践、实习的重要性和实施过程的连贯性。
Enrollment expansion in colleges and universities, graduates increasing year by year, the society’s higher and higher demand for fine arts talent, employment situation has become increasingly grim. The problem of out of line with the actual needs of art education major in normal universities and colleges is revealed. The goal of art education is to train middle school art teachers rather than artists.
