青年教授、华东政法学院国际法系主任曹建明先生日前撰写的就重返关贸总协定对中国企业的挑战及法律对策的论文,受到专家的高度评价和国家有关部门领导重视。各路企业群英也为之注目,一月之内已应邀赴甘肃、福建、江苏等省市作了二十多场专题报告,反应强烈。为此,本刊记者对曹建明教授进行了专访。
Prof. Cao Jianming, Professor of Youth and Director of the International Law Department of East China University of Political Science and Law, recently wrote a paper on the challenges and legal countermeasures of returning to the GATT against Chinese companies, which was highly praised by experts and the attention of the leaders of relevant state departments. Various companies have also paid attention to the audience. Within one month, they have been invited to make more than 20 special reports in Gansu, Fujian and Jiangsu provinces. The response is strong. To this end, our reporter conducted an exclusive interview with Professor Cao Jianming.
