目的:探讨少数民族地区老年腹腔胆囊切除术(LC)患者实施健康教育程序。方法:回顾性总结2000年3月—12月43例老年LC患者实施健康教育,在分组、分类、分批的基础上,采用直观形象教育、重复记忆教育、抓住病人兴趣重点教育、归纳综合性教育等方法。结果:老年LC患者病人满意度达98%,医护惠配合治疗方案实施符合率90%,健康知识掌握率92%,出院指导实施符合率96%。结论:通过老年LC患者实施健康教育,老年患者建立了良好的生活行为和健康的生活方式,激发了护士的求知欲,增强了护士的主动能动性和评判思维能力,使护患之间建立了信任和理解,加强了护患关系,提高了护理质量,使民族聚居地区健康教育工作得到了稳步的发展,形成了具有当地特色的老年LC的健康教育模式。
Objective: To investigate the implementation of health education program in elderly patients with abdominal cholecystectomy (LC) in ethnic minority areas. Methods: Retrospectively summarizing the health education of 43 elderly patients with LC from March 2000 to December 2000. On the basis of grouping, classifying and grading, we adopted visual image education, repetitive memory education, grasped key interest education of patients and summarized the comprehensive Sex education and other methods. Results: The satisfaction rate of elderly patients with LC reached 98%. The coincidence rate of health care and benefits with the treatment regimen was 90%, the health knowledge rate was 92%, and the discharge guide rate was 96%. Conclusion: Through the health education of aged patients with LC, the elderly patients have established good life behavior and healthy life style, stimulated the curiosity of the nurses, enhanced nurses’ initiative and judgment ability, and established trust between nurses and patients And understanding, strengthened the relationship between nurses and nurses, improved the quality of nursing care, and made steady progress in the health education in areas where ethnic minorities live in compact communities. A health education model for elderly LC with local characteristics has been formed.
