在不具备专用镗床,而采用铣床镗孔时,以往都是用敲刀法对刀,这种方法,要靠操作者工作经验,因此,加工效率低,为此,我们设计制作了这种简易可调镗刀。经使用证明,刀具制作简便,加工精度稳定,生产效率高。刀具结构如图所示,由主轴刀座1、镗刀体2、支点压紧螺钉4、镗刀5、刀头6、连接块7等组成,按杠杆原理设计的。刀杆5的方柄插在刀体2的方孔中,并锪有凹槽,由刀体上的支点压紧螺钉4压紧。螺钉4起压
