开发了一种输送胺类介质的高速部分流泵,该泵在浙江江山化工股份有限公司有机胺装置中使用,解决了原多级泵的机械密封泄漏和易汽蚀、运行稳定性差等问题。本文论述了GSB-30/400型强制润滑高速泵的设计方法和现场应用情况。
A high-speed partial flow pump for transporting amines is developed. The pump is used in the organic amine plant of Zhejiang Jiangshan Chemical Co., Ltd. to solve the problems of mechanical seal leakage and easy cavitation of the original multistage pump, and poor operation stability. This article discusses the design method and field application of GSB-30/400 forced lubrication high-speed pump.
