居室大小问题,在会上有争论。其实,居室大小尺寸,和它平面布置得好不好,是有很大关系的。 首先,房间和开间尺寸的确定,要看房间里放多少家俱,放那些家俱,怎样放法。就我们目前一般职工住宅来说,关键又在于放床,放几张床,床如何放法。这是因为,就目前一般职工居住水平来说,床,是主要的家俱,而且床的尺寸此其他家俱的尺寸大,如果房间某一个部位,能够放下一张床,那么要换放其他家俱,问题就不那么大;反之,如果设计时没有着重考虑到如何放床,那么,在使用的时候,就往往房间虽大,却放不了几张床。
