本标准适用于测定金属粉末中可被氢气还原的氧含量。试样的氧含量应大于0.1%。 1 原理 1.1 将含有金属氧化物的试样,置于纯净、干燥的氢气流中加热。金属氧化物与氢反应生成的水被卡尔·菲休试剂滴定。以目视法观察吸收液颜色变化,确定测定的终点。 1.2 若因贮存和运输等过程使金属粉末吸附水份、则试样被送入石英管高温区前、应在170℃低温区内干燥,此时释出的水,称做“吸湿水含量”。注:(1)如有需要,可测定此项水含量; (2)如果需要干燥铜粉或测定铜粉中吸湿水含量时,需氮气为载气。 1.3 卡尔·菲休滴定法测水,是基于水被甲醇吸收后与由碘、二氧化硫、吡啶和甲醇配制的混
