本文阐述了亚温(α+γ)区域淬火温度对15和15Mn2Nh钢显微组织和拉伸性能影响的研究。结果表明,与15钢亚温淬火后呈岛型铁素体加马氏体双相组织不同,15Mn2Nb钢在相同的处理条件下可使铁素体和马氏体呈细小条状、非定向统计分布成许多类珠光体团,在类珠光体团内铁素体与马氏体相间同向排列,形成一种特殊的类珠光体型铁素体加马氏体双相组织。类珠光体型双相组织有明显的强塑性效果,是发展高塑性高强度双相钢的有效途径。文中还对类珠光体型双相组织的成因进行了初步探讨。
In this paper, the effects of quenching temperature in the region of sub-temperature (α + γ) on the microstructure and tensile properties of 15 and 15Mn2Nh steel are described. The results show that 15Mn2Nb steel is ferrite and martensite in the form of small strips, which is different from the dual-phase ferrite and martensite after sub-temperature quenching of 15 steel. The non-directional statistics Distribution into many types of pearlite group, in the class of pearlite group ferrite and martensite arranged in the same direction, forming a special pearlite-type ferrite plus martensite duplex structure.
