进入8月,国际油价先抑后扬,月初受美国页岩油生产复苏、原油和成品油库存增加等因素影响,纽约原油期货价格一度跌破每桶40美元关口,中下旬以后,随着产油国限产预期再起,再加上市场上投机资金充裕,国际油价持续走高。截至8月19日,WTI与布伦特原油期货价格分别收报于每桶48.52美元、50.88美元,相较8月2日的低点,分别回升22.8%、21.7%。
