合成了一种含异噁唑环和呋喃环的新型酰腙的Cu(Ⅱ)配合物,通过红外、紫外光谱和荧光光谱等研究了该配合物的结构及其性质,同时测定了铜配合物对枯草芽孢杆菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌活性。结果表明,铜配合物的水溶液在484 nm处呈现一强蓝色荧光发射峰。铜配合物有较好的抑菌效果,其抑菌活性明显优于配体。该配合物兼有荧光性能和抑菌活性,可应用在材料科学、光动力学疗法等领域。
A novel acylhydrazone Cu (Ⅱ) complex containing isoxazole ring and furan ring was synthesized. The structure and properties of Cu (Ⅱ) complex were investigated by IR, UV and fluorescence spectroscopy. The effects of copper complex Bacillus subtilis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus antibacterial activity. The results showed that the aqueous solution of copper complex showed a strong blue fluorescence emission peak at 484 nm. Copper complexes have better antibacterial activity, the antibacterial activity was significantly better than the ligand. The complex has both fluorescence and antibacterial activity and can be applied in the fields of material science and photodynamic therapy.
