溶液中微弧等离子体是气体等离子体在溶液中的发展和应用,文中综述了溶液中微弧等离子体在材料表面处理的研究进展。溶液中微弧等离子体在阳极表面可发生微弧氧化、纳米尺度的抛光研磨、纳米尺度重构、纳米颗粒的制备;在阴极表面可发生微弧等离子体化学热处理、微弧等离子体镀膜、表面功能膜层的制备。该技术通过调控辉光向弧光过渡的非稳态大电流和高电压区间达到辉光的聚缩和弧光的弥散,形成微弧等离子体,发挥辉光和弧光各自在材料表面的优势,实现了材料的表面处理。该技术的发展对材料的处理提供了新的方法。
