该文根据莆田市东方红水库特性及水文特征,结合水文预警报系统信息,分析水库防洪调度受限特性,提出优化调度方案,取得较好效果,可供类似水库防洪能力建设参考。
According to the characteristics and hydrological characteristics of Dongfanghong Reservoir in Putian City, combined with the system information of hydrological prewarning system, the paper analyzes the restricted characteristics of flood control and dispatching of reservoir and puts forward the optimal dispatching plan to obtain better effect and provide a reference for flood control capability of similar reservoirs.
