图书馆对高校知识转移的影响是多方面的,主要的影响因素可总结为主观因素和客观因素两个方面。科学地分析主观因素对高校知识转移的作用过程并描述其作用模型,有利于系统地把握主观因素对高校知识转移的作用机制。客观因素相互制约,相互渗透,共同影响着高校知识转移的效果。利用层次分析法,可以构造客观因素对高校知识转移影响的数学模型,有助于深化我们对客观因素作用机制的认识。
The impact of libraries on college knowledge transfer is multifaceted. The main influencing factors can be summed up as subjective factors and objective factors. Scientific analysis of the subjective factors on the process of knowledge transfer in colleges and universities and describe its role model is conducive to systematically grasp the subjective factors on the mechanism of knowledge transfer in colleges and universities. Objective factors mutually restrict and infiltrate each other and jointly affect the effect of knowledge transfer in colleges and universities. Using analytic hierarchy process, we can construct a mathematical model of the impact of objective factors on knowledge transfer in colleges and universities, and help to deepen our understanding of the mechanism of objective factors.
