我国建设社会主义和谐社会的目标和任务要求人们通过充分的沟通和理解来消解人与人之间的利益矛盾和冲突,从而达到社会的和谐与完善。在此过程中,以理解为基础和主要内容的教育发挥着重要的作用。注重对个体主体性的尊重和认同、加强主体间的双向沟通,从人们的切身利益出发理解人、教育人,则成为构建社会主义和谐社会的本质要求和重要方法。
The goal and task of building a socialist harmonious society in our country require that people, through adequate communication and understanding, dispel conflicts of interest and conflicts among people so as to achieve social harmony and improvement. In this process, education based on understanding and main content plays an important role. Paying attention to the respect and recognition of the subjectivity of the individual, strengthening the two-way communication between the main bodies and understanding people and educating people from the immediate interests of the people have become the essential requirements and important methods in building a harmonious socialist society.
